Homemade Chicken Sausage with Pork and Cheese

Delicious natural sausage can be prepared at home. See a simple recipe for homemade chicken sausage with pork and cheese. Now you can give delicious sausage with cheese to your children and not worry about their health. After all, you made this sausage with your own hands from natural and fresh products.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh – 600 g
  • Pork neck – 150 g
  • Onions – 70 g
  • Hard cheese – 55 g
  • Garlic – 1/2 clove
  • Soy sauce (optional) – 25 g
  • Gelatin – 5 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for homemade chicken sausage, pork and cheese.
    You don’t need guts to make sausage. Prepare cling film, blender or meat grinder, oven and baking sheet.
  2. Cut the onion into large cubes, send it to a food processor (blender). Add half a clove of garlic there.
  3. Cut the chicken thighs into 4 pieces and also send to the blender.
  4. Pour in soy sauce (optional), salt and season.
  5. Kill the mass until smooth. (If you don’t have a blender, use a regular meat grinder.)
  6. Cut the pork neck into small cubes.
  7. Cut hard Dutch cheese in the same way.
  8. Mix the minced chicken with the pork and cheese. Add gelatin. Stir the minced meat thoroughly. Spread the cling film, distribute the finished sausage-shaped minced meat on it.
  9. Wrap it carefully and very tightly in film (see video).
  10. Tie the edges.
  11. Next, preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Place the sausage on a baking sheet, pour water into the baking sheet so that the water covers the sausage.
  12. Cover with the same baking sheet on top. And put chicken sausage with pork and cheese in the oven for 45 minutes. (Chicken sausage with cheese can be cooked in a saucepan on the stove, also pouring water under the lid.)
  13. After cooling the sausage with cheese to room temperature, place it in the refrigerator to cool for 1.5 hours.
  14. Homemade chicken sausage with pork and cheese is ready. Remove the film, cut and serve the sausage to the table.
