Homemade Cupcakes with Milk

Homemade cupcake is a delicious cupcake that children love. We offer a recipe for delicious homemade cupcakes with milk.

Ingredients

  • Butter – 120 g
  • Flour – 220 g
  • Baking powder – 5 g
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Milk – 120 ml
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. To bake homemade cupcakes, we need molds, paper cups.
  2. Make vanilla batter for homemade cupcakes. Sift 220 g of flour into a bowl (you can sift 2 times), add baking powder – 5 g.
  3. Put 120 g of soft butter in a mixer bowl. Whisk until the butter turns white. While whisking, add 200 g of sugar. Continue whisking for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. While whisking, add 2 eggs and 5 g vanilla sugar alternately. Beat until the mixture turns white. While beating, remove the mixture from the walls and stir until the dough is smooth.

    Then the speed of rotation of the mixer should be reduced to the minimum, add flour and 120 ml of milk. Flour and milk should be added in turn in three steps.
  6. We get this dough.
  7. Using a piping bag, mechanical ice cream spoon, or a regular tablespoon, spread the dough into paper tins (2/3 full).
  8. Bake cupcakes in a preheated oven. The temperature for baking cupcakes is 180 ° C. Time is approximately 20 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a wooden stick. Remove the finished cupcakes from the oven, let cool slightly, then put them on a wire rack or board, without removing them from paper cups, and allow to cool completely.
  9. Homemade milk cupcakes are ready. You can decorate the finished baked goods with cream.
