Instructions

  1. Pour the cow`s milk into a large glass bowl and let it stand at room temperature for at least 24 hours. It is advisable to cover the bowl with a tea towel and not to move it. Only when the mass is completely solid is it ready.
  2. You can now fill the thick milk in portions and enjoy it. Also very tasty with red fruit jelly or other types of fruit.
  3. The time required for catching and milking the neighbor`s cow is not included in the specified working hours!
