Homemade minced meat cutlets are very juicy and tender.
Ingredients
Minced meat – 700 g
Onions – 1 pc.
Garlic – 1 clove
Eggs – 1 pc.
Bread – 1-2 slices
Salt
Dry herbs
Ground red pepper
Ground black pepper
Flour (or bread crumbs)
Directions
Chop the onion and garlic with a food processor or chop with a knife. (Garlic can be omitted if you don’t like the product.)
We send the onion with garlic to the minced meat, drive in one egg.
Soak the bread in milk or water and leave it until the maximum possible amount of liquid is absorbed. We knead the soaked bread with our hands and send it to the mince.
Salt to taste and add spices. Mix with a spoon or in a food processor.
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat. We take a tablespoon of minced meat and form cutlets by rolling them in flour. Put on a hot skillet and fry on one side until golden brown. Turn the cutlets over, reduce heat and fry on the other side. (Before frying, you can roll the cutlets not in flour, but in bread crumbs. But then the cutlets will turn out fatter, because the crackers absorb a huge amount of oil.)
