Ingredients

• 1 small apple
• 1 small onion (s)
• 125 g tomato paste
• 1 pinch cinnamon
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
• Honey or sugar to taste
• little water

Instructions

1. Cut the apple and onion into small pieces and cook in a little water (no more than half covered) until soft.
2. Pour into a tall, narrow mixing vessel and puree with the other ingredients. Add honey or sugar to taste.
