Homemade Lavash Chips

The recipe for making quick homemade lavash chips in just a couple of minutes. Cooking chips with red pepper and herbs. You can also add any ingredient to your homemade chips, such as cheese. An excellent beer snack.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Thin lavash – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 20 g
  • Oregano – 1 g
  • Red pepper – 1 g
  • Spices (optional) – 1 g
  • Dill greens – 5 g

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for homemade pita chips.
  2. Make a sauce. Pour vegetable or olive oil into a plate, add oregano and red pepper to taste.
  3. Chop the dill or any other greens.
  4. Add fresh dill and a choice of meat spices to the bowl (I used tobacco chicken seasoning). (You can add grated cheese if you wish.)
  5. Stir and brush with lavash sauce.
  6. Cut the pita bread into triangles.
  7. Bake lavash chips in the oven at 200 degrees for 1.5 minutes.
  8. Homemade lavash chips are ready!
