Ingredients
- 3 cans tomato paste, double concentrated
- 6 cans water
- 50 g butter
- 3 teaspoon, heaped celery leaves, dried
- 1 teaspoon, heaped oregano
- 1 teaspoon, leveled garlic powder
- 4 teaspoons, heaped onion (s), freeze-dried
- 1 sugar lump
- 0.33 teaspoon salt
- 3 dashes lemon juice

- The preparation of the miracoli sauce is very easy!
- Put all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat while stirring. Bring to the boil briefly so that the flavors can unfold.
- Personally, I always pre-mix a larger amount of the dry substances, which, if packaged airtight, can be kept for a long time.
- The balance between sweet, sour and salt is important for the original taste. This balance is largely influenced by the tomato paste used. There are big differences in terms of sweetness and acidity! Therefore, if the acid is missing, add a few squirts of lemon juice or, if there is too much acid, a little more sugar lump.
