Homemade Pork Pork (in the Sleeve)

A simple recipe! Homemade boiled pork baked in a sleeve in the oven. You can also bake pork in foil. This recipe always produces very juicy and aromatic meat.

Ingredients

  • Pork – 1 kg
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Bay leaf – 5 pcs.
  • Ground pepper (pepper mix) – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the required foods.
  2. Rinse the meat and pat dry with paper towels. Rub the meat with salt.
  3. Cut each peeled garlic clove into several pieces.
  4. Make small cuts in the meat, in which to put the pieces of garlic.
  5. Sprinkle the meat with ground pepper and transfer to a clean dish, on the bottom of which put a couple of bay leaves. Add the remaining bay leaves on top.
  6. Cover with foil and let the meat marinate at room temperature for 30-60 minutes.
  7. Then place the meat and garlic, along with the bay leaves, in a roasting sleeve and transfer to a baking dish.
  8. Send the pork to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 1 hour. Cooking times for meat may vary depending on the size of the pork piece.
  9. Homemade boiled pork is ready.
