The recipe for making homemade shawarma with minced meat, vegetables and cheese.
Ingredients
Lavash – 2 pcs.
Hard cheese – 150 g
Tomatoes – 1 pc.
Minced beef – 200 g
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Dill greens – 3 sprigs
Parsley greens – 3 sprigs
Onions – 1 pc.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Butter – 4 tbsp
Directions
We prepare products for shawarma with beef and cheese.
In a pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the minced beef until tender, about 15 minutes. Salt and pepper the meat to taste. We leave the meat aside to cool.
We divide all the products for the filling in half, since we have 2 lavash. Put grated cheese on the lavash sheet.
Put the cooled meat on the cheese.
Put the tomato cut into pieces on the meat. Lubricate the tomato slices with mayonnaise.
Put onion sliced into half rings on mayonnaise.
Put chopped greens on the onion.
Salt and pepper the filling to taste. We turn the pita bread into a roll. We also form the second roll.
In a pan with the addition of butter, fry the rolls until a tender crust forms.
Homemade shawarma with meat and cheese is ready.
