How to quickly and easily bake bread at home? I am sharing a recipe that I have been cooking for several years. I always do everything by sight, by sensations. But today I weighed everything and share a recipe for homemade white bread! The bread is very tasty, fine-pored and, of course, fragrant! Cooking in an ordinary oven!
Ingredients
Wheat flour, premium-grade – 600 g
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Sugar – 1.5 teaspoon
Dry yeast – 2 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
Warm water – 300 ml
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a cup and mix well. Then knead the dough for 8-10 minutes.
We send the finished dough into a cup, cover with foil, and put it in a warm place for 40 minutes. I put the dough in the oven, inside which the temperature is 30 degrees (with the light on).
The dough has increased in volume, beauty! Velvet and pleasant to work with! Hump the dough and weigh it, we need to divide it into two equal parts.
We round the blanks and leave them directly on the table, covered with a towel or plastic wrap. Let them stand for another 15 minutes.
We form “sausages” with pointed ends, blanks for a loaf.
Put on a prepared sheet (oiled and floured). Make cuts with a sharp knife.
Put a cup of water in the oven at the same temperature of 30 degrees. We send the dough for proofing in the oven for 20-25 minutes. The workpiece will noticeably increase in volume.
We take out the dough from the oven, remove the cup of water, and heat the oven to 200 degrees. We bake the bread for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
The bread is very tasty, with a crispy crust, tender, and dense middle. Fragrant even when it gets cold!
