Instructions

First, peel the apples, quarter them and cut into fine slices, mix with cinnamon if you like.
Then separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks with honey and butter. Mix the baking powder and semolina. Mix both mixtures with the quark to a smooth dough. Then beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the mixture.
Butter a baking dish and then fill it in layers with the quark honey mixture and the apples.
