  • 125 g cane suar
  • 175 g butter
  • 6 tablespoon honey
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 large egg (s), beaten
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

Instructions

  1. First put the cane sugar, honey and butter in a saucepan and heat until it has become liquid. Then add the flour, the cinnamon, the egg, the baking powder and the sugar-honey-butter mixture and knead until a firm dough is formed. Wrap the dough in foil and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. After the cooling time, roll out and cut out any shapes, place the finished figures on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the oven at 180 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.
