Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 75 g butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon water

For covering:

  • 75 g butter
  • 75 g honey
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 250 g nuts or almonds, chopped, flakes or pens
  • 2 Table spoons milk

Instructions

  1. For the dough, beat the butter with sugar until frothy, stir in the egg and then work with flour and water to form a firm dough.
  2. Roll out and place in a greased springform pan.
  3. Melt the butter for the topping, add honey and sugar and let it froth until the sugar has dissolved. Add the nuts or almonds and deglaze with the milk.
  4. Spread on the dough and bake at 180 ° C for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
