  • 155 g corn flour
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 235 ml milk
  • 2 large egg (s)
  • 115 g butter, melted
  • 75 g honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  2. Mix the corn flour, wheat flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Melt the butter in the microwave. Mix the milk with the eggs, butter and honey, add the flour mixture and stir in until a smooth dough is formed. Fill this into the prepared muffin tin and bake for about 15 minutes until they are golden in color.
  3. Allow to cool on a wire rack, these muffins can also be eaten with butter, jam or honey for breakfast.
