  • 1 clove garlic, dried from the mill also works
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, hot
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cup vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Boil vegetable broth. Finely chop or press the garlic. Set the grinder to very fine when dry. Put all ingredients in the dressing shaker and then shake well. Season again to taste, adding a little more honey or mustard as you like.
  2. The dressing keeps well in the fridge, but it usually runs out anyway.
