Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar, e.g., Balsamic
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped acacia honey
  • sea salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon dill, frozen or fresh

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and season again if necessary. Finished!
  2. Mix the dressing with the salad as desired and serve. The dressing is enough for approx. Two large salad servings, e.g., for lunch.
  3. Tip: You can get a little creative with vinegar. I also like to use the vanilla-ginger vinegar here from the CK database.
