Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon mustard, coarser
  • 5 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon chives (also freeze-dried if desired)
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except for the oil in a bowl and mix together. Finally add the olive oil.
  2. Tip: If you like, you can also add roasted pine nuts, orange pieces or thinly sliced zucchini to the salad.
