Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon mustard, medium hot or even sweeter
  • 1 tablespoon honey (preferably honey)
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt (.5% fat)
  • some ginger, freshly grated or as a powder
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or other good oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. With the exception of the olive oil, put all the ingredients in a jam jar or other container with a lockable lid and shake well until everything - especially honey and mustard - have mixed well. Then add the olive oil and shake well again. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Tip: You can also refine the sauce with white wine or with fresh herbs such as chives, marjoram or mint. The sauce can be varied and is a hit with every salad, but also with flatbread, salmon or salty pastries.
