Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with honey and cream until creamy. Mix the forest berries with the sugar. Pour into wine glasses or glass bowls in layers (a layer of quark about twice as thick as the berry layer).
  2. As the last layer I always put the forest berries, then make a small blob of the quark in the middle and then put some mint on top as a decoration.
  3. Place in the refrigerator until serving or consume immediately after serving.
  4. Tip: You can also make it with other fruits of your choice. The main thing is that the dessert is served well chilled.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
