  • 2 handfuls dandelion blossoms, fresh
  • 1 jar honey
Honey with Dandelions
Honey with Dandelions

Instructions

  1. Do not wash the fresh dandelion blossoms with the green baskets from the meadow, but put them in a clean screw-top jar and pour the liquid bee honey possible over it, if possible good beekeeping honey. The flowers then rise at some point. The dandelion then gives off its essential oils to the honey.
  2. Only pick the flowers on sunny days and in the mornings. Let the little animal crawl out and spread the flowers.
  3. People with allergies or children should only take the individual petals. But it is more intense with a basket.
  4. I had a few more daisy flowers with me.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
