Ingredients

  • 2 honeydew melon (s)
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 lime (s)
  • 3 sprigs mint
  • 2 bottles sparkling wine or Prosecco
  • 1 bottle white wine

Instructions

  1. Dice the pulp of the honeydew melons and pour the sugar into a punch bowl. Marinate for about 1 hour.
  2. Peel the zest from the limes in zest and squeeze out the juice. Add both to the melon. Pluck the leaves from the mint and add. Top up the fruit with sparkling wine or prosecco and white wine.
  3. Tastes best when chilled!
