Instructions

  1. Cut, core and peel the honeydew melon, then cut into small cubes. Wash the mint, pluck the leaves and chop finely.
  2. Mix the natural yoghurt with the diced melon in a bowl and add the chopped mint. Arrange everything in dessert bowls, decorate with a few mint leaves and serve.
