Instructions

  1. Note: One tea bag corresponds to about 1 tablespoon of content. 10 tablespoon tea = 10 tea bags.
  2. Put the very hot water in a saucepan, add the tea and quickly bring everything to a boil. Set the hotplate temperature so that the tea only simmered gently for 15 minutes.
  3. Then strain the infusion through a fine-mesh sieve, which is lined with a pair of new tights and tied tightly.
  4. Pour the hot tea into four cups or pots, distribute the unsweetened condensed milk evenly, stirring in approx. 1 to 2 teaspoons of the sweetened condensed milk, depending on your taste. Apply while still hot.
  5. For a single serving, fill a coffee pot three-quarters of the way with boiling water, add one tea bag each of Orange Pekoe, Lipton`s Black Tea and Earl Gray and leave to stand for 5 minutes, covered. Discard the tea bags. Finish with approx. 80 ml of condensed milk and 1 - 2 teaspoons of sweetened condensed milk.
