Ingredients

  • 100 g crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoon horseradish, freshly grated
  • Honey to taste
  • salt
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • Pepper White

Instructions

  1. Mix 100 g of creme fraiche with the lemon juice. Grate the horseradish and fold into the cream, season with honey. Season well with salt and pepper, then fold in the finely chopped parsley.
  2. Serve with a raw vegetable plate or use as a fondue sauce.
