Instructions

  1. Please let the butter soften at room temperature. To do this, you have to put them out a little earlier. Mix the horseradish, lemon juice and lemon zest with the butter and beat a little until the mixture is soft and creamy. Then stir in the rosemary and season everything with the coarse pepper and sea salt. As a small variation, you can also chop 2 - 3 small almonds and add them to the mixture.
  2. I put the butter in a normal ice cube mold to then freeze it, but you can also form a roll with cling film or freeze the butter in any other shape.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
