Hot Cheese Sandwiches

How to make hot cheese sandwiches:

Directions

  1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater (you can also grate a clove of garlic).
  2. Add a little softened butter and a little vegetable oil. Add any greens. I have dill.
  3. Add sour cream (3-4 teaspoon), salt, pepper. Mix well.
  4. Apply the cheese mass in a not very thick layer on the bread slices. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
