Ingredients

  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon chocolate (chocolate powder)
  • 90 ml brandy
  • 90 ml liqueur (almond liqueur)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch (s) clove powder
  • 1 pinch (s) cardamom powder
  • some chocolate flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour hot water into four fireproof glasses. Put aside. Whip the cream until stiff and pour into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
  2. In the meantime, slowly heat the milk, but don`t bring it to the boil. Stir in sugar and chocolate powder. Add the brandy and liqueur. Then mix in the ground spices.
  3. Pour the water out of the glasses and rub the glasses dry. Pour in the chocolate. Garnish with the cream. Finally sprinkle with the chocolate flakes. Serve immediately.
