Hot Fruit Sandwich Ingredients

  • Bun – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Apricots – 2 pcs.
  • Apple – 0.3 pcs.
  • Banana – 0.3 pcs.
  • Cranberries – 1 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar – 2-3 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Cognac – 1 teaspoon

Hot Fruit Sandwich Instructions

  1. Wash the apricots, apple, and banana. Remove the pits from the apricots and seeds from the apple. Cut all fruit into pieces.
  2. Place the cut fruit in a bowl. Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and cognac.
  3. Mix gently and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Cut the bun in half.
  5. Spread butter on both halves of the bun.
  6. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  7. Place the buttered bun halves on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Top each bun half with the marinated fruit mixture and cranberries.
  9. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
  10. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the fruit is heated through and the bun is lightly golden.
