Hot Fruit Sandwich Ingredients

  • Bun – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Apricots – 2 pcs.
  • Apple – 0.3 pcs.
  • Banana – 0.3 pcs.
  • Cranberries – 1 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar – 2-3 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Cognac – 1 teaspoon

  1. Wash the fruit, remove the seeds (if any) and cut into pieces.

  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and cognac to them.
  3. Mix gently and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Cut the bun in half.
  5. Spread butter on each half.

  6. Cover a baking sheet or another form for the oven with foil for convenience. Add butter sandwiches, fruits, and cranberries.
  7. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Send the sandwiches to the oven for 20-25 minutes.
