- 3 slices ginger with peel
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, whole
- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled cayenne pepper or chili powder
- 1 teaspoon, heaped honey, organic
