Ingredients

  • 1 kg beans, green
  • 1 handful walnuts, peeled
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium chili peppers, red
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 50 ml oil

Instructions

  1. Wash green beans, cut off ends, remove thread. Cut into pieces about 2 cm long and cook in boiling water for about 10 minutes until soft.
  2. In the meantime, peel off the cloves of garlic, grate finely with a grater. Chop peeled walnuts medium coarsely. Wash the peppers, remove the stem and seeds, chop finely. Mix the walnuts with the grated garlic, hot peppers and oil, season with salt. Drain the beans on a sieve. Add the sauce to the warm beans, mix everything again and put in the fridge for 2 hours to steep.
  3. The dish can be eaten both cold and warm.
