Ingredients

  • 3 cm ginger, fresher
  • 3 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 liter white wine, dry
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 lemon (s), juice it
  • 500 ml orange juice
  • 250 ml rum, whiter

Instructions

  1. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. Heat the ginger, spices, sugar, wine and water for about 10 minutes. Then add the lemon and orange juice. Keep hot for another 15 minutes.
  2. Pour the punch through a sieve into a sufficiently large container. Add the rum, stir and serve. Keep the finished punch warm in a warmer.
