Ingredients

  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 300 g sausae (chorizo)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Parmesan
  • 500 g pasta

Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables, peel them if necessary and cut them into small cubes. Cut the sausage into cubes. First put the chorizo pieces in the pan and slowly heat them in olive oil. Next, add the spring onions, chilli and garlic. Let it smuggle for a while. Then add celery and paprika and cook until firm or soft. Salt and pepper as needed.
  2. In the meantime, add the pasta water, add salt and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. When the pasta is ready, mix with the sauce and enjoy.
