Ingredients

  • 400 g pear (s), pieces
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 4 carnation (s)
  • 500 ml water
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 8 cl pear schnapps (pear brandy)
  • 500 ml vanilla milk, frothed

Instructions

  1. Bring the pears with the cinnamon stick, cloves, water and sugar to the boil and simmer gently. until the pears are tender. Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves. Puree the pear pieces in the brew with a hand blender and pour into 4 fire-proof glasses. Pour 2 cl pear brandy into each glass and top up with hot, frothed vanilla milk.
