Hot Potato Appetizer with Ham and Cheese

We will prepare a delicious and very beautiful appetizer from potatoes baked in foil. For the filling, take ham, hard cheese, garlic and herbs. A great hot snack for any occasion.

We prepare products for a hot snack from potatoes with ham and cheese.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in the peel for 20 minutes, until half cooked.
Peel the cooled potatoes and gently take out the middle of the potatoes with a teaspoon. With a sharp knife, we make external patterns on the potatoes.
We spread the potatoes on foil (each potato is individually wrapped in a piece of foil). Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Coat the potatoes with vegetable oil. We wrap the potato tubers in foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cut the ham and cheese into small enough cubes.
Chop the peeled garlic with a garlic press. Chop the greens finely.
Mix the ham, cheese, garlic and herbs in a separate bowl and stir.
Fill the finished baked potatoes with the prepared ham and cheese filling.
Place the stuffed potatoes in foil for a few more minutes in the oven to melt the cheese.

Serve the ready-made potato, ham and cheese appetizer hot, decorate with herbs if desired.
