Hot Sandwiches in the Microwave

Hot sandwiches are a very satisfying and tasty quick dish. This recipe is used to prepare hot sandwiches in the microwave – quickly and conveniently.

• Baton – 7 slices
• Eggs – 2 pcs.
• Sausage (smoked or any other) – 80 g
• Tomatoes – 1 pc.
• Bulgarian pepper – 0.5 pc.
• Hard cheese – 100 g
• Mayonnaise – 25 g
• Vegetable oil (for frying) – 1 tbsp

Instructions

1. First, beat the eggs with a whisk. Dip each chopped piece of the loaf in the egg mass on both sides.
2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Cut the tomatoes into small wedges. Peel the bell pepper from seeds, cut into cubes. Cut the sausage into strips.
3. Fry the loaf slices in a preheated grill pan or in a regular pan with vegetable oil, 2 minutes on each side.
4. Brush the fried loaf slices with mayonnaise. Put slices of tomato, pepper, and sausage on top of the bread.

   

5. Sprinkle grated cheese over each sausage and vegetable sandwich.
6. Place the sandwiches in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.
