  • Smoked sausage – 60 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Fresh dill – 4-5 branches
  • Fresh parsley – 4-5 branches
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp (30 ml)

  1. Divide the cheese into 2 parts. We cut one into thin slices, and the second we rub on a fine grater. Cut the sausage into thin slices.
  2. Preparing the egg-cheese mixture. We wash the dill and parsley, dry, and chop finely with a knife. In a deep bowl, combine grated cheese, eggs, chopped herbs, and salt.

  3. Mix, beating a little with a fork.
  4. Forming sandwiches. On a slice of bread, put 2 slices of sausage, a slice of cheese, and cover with a second slice of bread. Thus, we form the rest of the sandwiches. I got 3 pieces.

  5. Gently dip each sandwich in the egg and cheese mixture on all sides.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Put the sandwiches in a frying pan and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the egg mixture and golden brown set.
