Sandwiches with Capelin Caviar and Mustard Oil

White bread sandwiches with canned capelin caviar, pickled cucumber, and mustard oil are very easy to prepare and delicious sandwiches from the most ordinary products. Delicious express snack for all occasions.

Ingredients

  • White bread or loaf – 5 slices
  • Capelin caviar – 50 g
  • Pickled cucumbers – 50 g
  • Butter – 40 g
  • Hot mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh dill – to taste

How to make sandwiches with capelin caviar, pickled cucumbers, and mustard oil:

Directions

  1. Mash butter (it should be at room temperature) along with mustard and chopped dill.
  2. Cut the pickled cucumber into thin slices.
  3. Spread the slices of bread or loaf with the resulting mustard oil.
  4. Spoon capelin caviar and cucumber slices on slices of bread with butter. Sandwiches with capelin caviar, cucumbers, and mustard oil are ready, they can be served immediately.
