How to make hot cheese and trout sandwiches:
Directions
Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. In a round shape, slightly larger in diameter than the dia of the cheese slices, cut out circles from the bread.
Grease the slices of bread with olive oil, sprinkle with thyme leaves, season with salt and pepper. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and roast in the oven until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
Remove the croutons from the oven and apply 1 teaspoon each of the pesto sauce over half of them (on one side). Put fish slices on the sauce, cheese slices on top, season with salt and pepper, cover with clean toast. Thus, there should be 4 burgers.
Place the burgers in the oven for 5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
Enjoy your meal!
