A sandwich is being prepared in a baguette with ham, cheese, and pear.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
Medium pear – 1 pc.
Ham – 180 g
Goat cheese – 120 g
Whole grain baguette – 1 pc. (300 g)
Apricot jam is not very sweet – 2 tbsp
Spinach or arugula – 2 cups
Vegetable oil
Chives (chopped) – 1 teaspoon
Directions
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Cut the baguette into 4 parts vertically, and then cut each part in half horizontally. Collect almost all the pulp from the baguette, leaving about 1 cm of crumb on the crusts.
Peel the pear and cut it into thin slices. Cut the ham into thin slices too.
Put jam in a thin layer on the slices of the base baguette. Put half of the arugula leaves on top, on the pear, ham, and the remaining leaves of arugula (spinach).
In a small bowl, combine the cheese and chives. Apply this cheese mass to the slices of the slices-tops, cover them with arugula sandwiches. Grease the top of these sandwiches with vegetable oil.
Fold the sandwiches into an ovenproof dish, cover with foil, and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve the sandwiches hot.
Enjoy your meal!
