Hot sandwiches with ham, mushrooms, and cheese are a great dish for a snack or a festive table. If we prepare such sandwiches for breakfast, then they may well serve as a full meal.
Ingredients
Baguette – 0.5 pcs.
Cherry tomatoes – 100 g
Champignon mushrooms – 70 g
Hard cheese – 60 g
Ham – 60 g
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sunflower oil (for frying) – 60 g
Directions
Let’s prepare everything that we need to make sandwiches with ham, mushrooms and cheese. There are no well-defined proportions in this recipe. We can safely take the listed ingredients in more or less quantities.
Cut the champignons into thin slices with a sharp knife.
We fry the mushrooms in oil, salt to taste.
Cut the cherry into halves or 4 pieces. Let’s leave a few pieces for decoration.
Cut the ham into thin slices.
The cheese can be grated on a fine or coarse grater, or simply sliced.
We put all the components for sandwiches together. If necessary, add salt and pepper.
Add mayonnaise and mix. The mass should not be liquid.
Cut the French baguette into pieces, a little more than a centimeter thick.
Put the prepared mass on each piece. You can put more or less – it’s a matter of taste. We bake sandwiches in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
We serve hot sandwiches with ham, mushrooms and cheese immediately after cooking, decorating with herbs and cherry tomato halves.
