Hot Sandwiches with Pineapple, Sausage and Cheese

Very simple, delicious and everyone’s favorite hot sandwiches with pineapple, sausage and cheese – a la Hawaiian-style mini pizzas. A total of four ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Cheese (hard or semi-hard) – 170 g
  • Sausage (doctor’s or sausages) – 170 g
  • Pineapples (canned) – 170 g
  • Bread – 4 large square pieces

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Rub 170 g of your favorite hard or semi-hard cheese on a fine grater.
  2. 170 g of sausages (doctor’s sausage, sausages, sausages, ham, etc.) are also finely grated and added to the cheese.
  3. Mix well the grated sausage and cheese.
  4. Cut 170 g of pineapples from a jar into small flat pieces.
  5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment or a non-stick mat and place 4 large pieces of bread on it, close to each other. We do not grease the bread or the baking sheet with anything.
  6. For each piece of bread, spread one handful of cheese and sausage.
  7. Lay pineapple slices on top over the entire area of ​​the bread.
  8. Put a handful of cheese and sausage on the pineapples again.
  9. We send sandwiches with sausage, cheese and pineapple to the preheated oven until tender. Readiness is when all the cheese has melted and the melted butter starts to boil.
    At the end, you can “grab” the sandwiches by convection to form a delicious crust.
