Hot Sandwiches with Sausage and Cheese

Ingredients

• White bread – 8 slices
• Eggs – 2 pcs.
• Ketchup – 1 tbsp
• or Krasnodar sauce – 1 tbsp
• Sausage – 8 slices
• Cheese – 8 slices
• Refined vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
• Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)

How to make hot sausage and cheese sandwiches:

Directions

1. Cut the bread into slices.
2. Drive eggs into a bowl, add salt, and beat.
3. Dip slices of bread in beaten, salted eggs.

   

4. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put prepared bread slices in hot butter.
5. Fry the bread in butter on both sides over medium heat, until golden brown (1-2 minutes on each side).
6. Grease the crouton with ketchup on one side.
7. Put a slice of sausage on the ketchup.
8. And on it – a slice of cheese. Hot sandwiches with sausage and cheese are ready. Can be served hot or cold.
