Hot Sandwiches with Sausage and Egg

The best combination of scrambled eggs and a sausage sandwich in a single form. An ideal and versatile breakfast for both families and bachelors. They do not cook as fast as regular snack sandwiches, they require a slow pace, and a little more ingredients are used.

Ingredients

  • Toast bread – 300 g
  • Smoked sausage – 60 g
  • Hard cheese – 80 g
  • Ketchup – 2 teaspoon
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Egg – 4 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Parsley – for serving

Directions

  1. For making hot sausage and egg sandwiches
    we need the following foods: eggs, smoked sausage, cheese, butter, ketchup, toast bread, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  2. Cut the sausage into slices.
  3. Grind some of the cheese into strips.
  4. Take 8 slices of toast bread. Spread four of them with a thin layer of butter.
  5. Cut the middle out of the remaining pieces using a glass or cup.
  6. Place whole pieces on a baking sheet, butter side down. Brush with ketchup put thin slices of cheese around the peri.
  7. Cover the top with the remaining sliced ​​bread with holes, and put the cut sausage inside.
  8. Grate the other part of the cheese on a fine grater.
  9. Break an egg in the center of each sandwich and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Do not forget to salt and pepper to taste. Place the cut holes next to the sandwiches to dry.
  10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the baking sheet in there for 12 minutes.
