Ingredients
Bread – 2 slices (50 g)
Sausage – 4 slices (30 g)
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Salt – 2 pinches
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 1 teaspoon
For the filling (optional):
Lettuce leaves – 2-3 pcs.
Directions
Prepare your ingredients. From the specified amount, I got 2 hearty hot sandwiches. I have sliced toast bread. If you have a whole loaf of bread, cut it into slices about 1 cm thick. Peel the sausage from the factory shell and cut it into slices about half a centimeter thick.
Cut out the crumb from the bread slices, keeping about 0.7-1 cm along with the crust so that you get a “frame”. Cut the sausage slices in half.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat with a fork or whisk.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and brush with vegetable oil. Layout the bread frame and crumb and fry for about 2 minutes, until golden brown.
Then turn the bread over and place 4 slices of sausage in the center. Cook for about a minute.
Press the bread frame lightly onto the skillet and pour about half of the beaten eggs into it. You can pour in the first 1-2 tablespoon. tablespoons of egg mass, wait a few seconds for it to set, and then add a little more, completely filling the hole in the bread. Reduce heat to low and cook for about 3 minutes.
Then cover a slice of bread with toasted crumbs, press, and cook for about 3 more minutes, until the eggs are fully cooked. Place the finished sandwich on a plate and repeat the process with the remaining bread and filling.
Enjoy your meal!
