Ingredients- Bread (loaf or brick) – 2 pieces
- Sausages – 1 pc.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Hard cheese – 30 g
- Green onion – 2-3 feathers
- Salt – 2 g
- Ground black pepper – 2 g

- Wash the green onion, chop it finely. Remove the wrapping film from the sausage, cut it into small cubes.
- Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
- Put chopped sausage and onion in a bowl with hard cheese.
- Beat in a chicken egg, add salt and pepper.
- Stir the filling with a spoon.
- Place on bread slices and spread evenly.
- Put the pan on medium heat, after 30 seconds put the prepared sandwiches, cover the pan with a lid. Reduce fire to a minimum and fry sandwiches for 2-3 minutes.
- The cheese should melt and the egg should grab.
- Put sandwiches on a platter and serve hot.
