  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.

  1. According to the list of products, we prepare the necessary ingredients for hot cheese sandwiches. You can use any type of ham (chicken ham in this recipe). Smoked sausage cheese should have a firm texture.

  2. Grind smoked cheese into small cubes as the first ingredient for sandwiches. Transfer the cheese to a bowl.
  3. Chop pickled cucumbers in the same way, i.e. cubes.
  4. We also cut the ham for sandwiches into small cubes.
  5. Break one chicken egg to the chopped ingredients in a bowl.
  6. We mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  7. Cut the loaf (or bread) into slices of the same thickness.
  8. We turn on the oven to 200 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Put the resulting mass of ham, cheese, and cucumbers on loaf slices. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet.
  9. We bake sausage cheese sandwiches for 8-10 minutes.
