Hot Toast with Mushrooms and Eggs

Interesting hot toast with mushrooms and eggs are perfect as a quick snack like never before, whether at work or at home.

Ingredients

  • Champignons – 200 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Fresh tomato – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Boiled sausage – 50 g
  • Dill for decoration – 1 bunch
  • Bread “brick” – 12 pieces

Directions

  1. Fry mushrooms and onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In two of three slices of bread, cut out the crumb inside. Cut the tomato into rings.
  3. Next, spread the sausage on a whole slice of bread. Cover the top with a piece of bread without crumb, inside which we put a tomato. Add another slice of bread without the middle and drive the egg inside.
  4. We do the same, but instead of sausage we put mushrooms, and sprinkle with finely grated cheese on top.
  5. Put everything on baking paper. And put in the oven for 20 minutes.
