Ingredients

  • 250 g rye, coarsely round
  • 250 g wheat, coarsely round
  • 100 g flaxseed
  • 100 g sesame seeds
  • 150 g sunflower seeds
  • 175 g turnip tops
  • 1 liter buttermilk, 30 degrees warm
  • 3 cubes yeast, fresh
  • 1 ½ tablespoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients into the buttermilk and bake at 150 degrees for 2–2.5 hours. Put a bowl of water in the stove.
  2. You can try pumpkin seeds, millet and nuts as well as other grains, e.g. oats and barley or spelled, if necessary increase the amount of yeast.
