Sugar – 1 tbsp

We take a red fish, clean it of all bones and scales if any (we do not remove the skin).
Mix salt with sugar and rub the fish on all sides.
Cover with a lid and leave the red fish for a day. After this time, a lot of liquid is formed – it must be drained.
We dry the red fish with paper towels and can be sliced if you like lightly salted snacks. And, if you leave the fish for another 2 days without liquid, you will get a good salted fish. (Lightly salted fish can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, and salted fish should be eaten immediately.)
Cut salted red fish into thin slices, removing them from the skin.
